REGULATION ON COSTS OF ENFORCED TAX COLLECTION

(“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia“, reference number 63/03, 51/10)

Article 1

This Regulation shall govern the amount of costs in the process of forcible collection of taxes and tax-related payments (hereinafter referred to as costs), which will be covered by taxpayer.
