Rulebook on the form and content of report on control of implementation of technical and financial provisions of credit

On the basis of Article 40, paragraph 3, of the Law on Public Debt ("Official Gazette of RS", number 61/05),

Minister of finance hereby issues

Rulebook on the form and content of report on control of implementation of technical and financial provisions of credit,

that is to say loan agreement for which the Republic of Serbia has given guarantee or counter guarantee

Rulebook has been published in the "Official Gazette of RS"

No. 1/2006 on January 9, 2006.

Article 1

This Rulebook shall regulate the form and content of report on control of implementation of technical and financial provisions of credit, that is to say loan agreement for which the Republic of Serbia has given guarantee or counter guarantee (hereinafter referred to as the “control report”).
